We offer free shipping for the 48 Contiguous U.S. States for orders over $49. We use FedEx Ground and Amazon as our shipping providers. Please expect to receive your package 3-5 business days from the date you received a shipping confirmation.
After you place your order, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive it. For orders placed on non-business days, they will be shipped on the following business day.
Currently, we are not able to ship to PO boxes, APO & FPO addresses.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is now available but additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us at customerservice@katriscat.com for rates.
International
Currently, we are still working on international distribution for our feline friends worldwide. For now, if you’re interested in paying the extra shipping fees to your country, please email customerservice@katriscat.com with your shipping address and we'll provide rates.

- For KATRIS Modular Cat Tree Bundle, the box measures 39” x 26” x 18” and weighs 67 lbs.
- For the KATRIS Nest (Assembled Bundle), the box measures 20” x 20” x 5” and weighs 5.5 lbs.
- For KATRIS Nest (Assembly Required), the box measures 14” x 13” x 5.5” and weighs 5 lbs.
