Where are KATRIS products made?
KATRIS is designed in California and made in both Taiwan and China.
When will I receive the products after I place my order?
We try to ship out all orders as soon as possible, usually no more than 24 hours (Monday through Friday) after your order is placed. Shipping takes about 2-5 days depending on your location.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order processes, our system will automatically send you an email with the tracking number. If you have any problems, please email us at customerservice@katriscat.com.
How large are KATRIS shipping boxes?
It depends on which product you order. For our largest product, the Modular Cat Tree Bundle set, the package measures 39” x 26” x 18” and about 67 lbs.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are still working on international distribution for our feline friends worldwide. For now, if you’re interested in paying the extra shipping fees to your country, please email customerservice@katriscat.com with your shipping address and we'll provide rates.
